Stacy Hammond

Stacy Hammond is Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer at Charles Schwab. She has leadership responsibility for delivering high-impact programs across Investor Services, Advisor Services, and Workplace Financial Solutions that drive growth, engage clients, and build brand equity.

Hammond has been with Schwab for 23 years, holding a variety of roles in retail and marketing. In previous roles, she helped launch Schwab's branch franchise model, led sales teams responsible for retail acquisition, led development of multiple products and services for retail investors, and held several Client Experience roles.

Prior to joining Schwab in 2001, Hammond worked at the Advertising Council, a non-profit organization that develops public service advertising.

Hammond earned her Master’s of Business Administration degree in Strategy from Yale University, and has an undergraduate degree in American Studies from Pomona College. She holds her Series 7 and 24 licenses.
