Andrew D’Anna is the Managing Director of Retail Experience and Specialized Relationships for Schwab Investor Services. He is responsible for the firm’s retail strategy and client experience, enablement of the retail branch and service teams, and integration of Schwab and TD Ameritrade’s retail businesses. He also leads Schwab specialized relationship teams focused on serving strategic client segments, including the high net worth and mass affluent, as well as the firm’s advisor referral programs Schwab Advisor Network and TDA AdvisorDirect. D’Anna recently led Schwab’s acquisition and integration of the USAA Investment Management Company.

 

Prior to joining Schwab, D’Anna was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where he served financial service and public sector organizations on strategic growth, operations, and organizational topics. Andrew holds an MBA from INSEAD, a master’s in international economics and foreign affairs from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins, and a bachelor’s in economics from Vanderbilt. D'Anna holds FINRA series 7 and 24 registrations.
