Catherine A. Golladay is responsible for leading the teams that provide advice, service and support to participants in bundled retirement plans administered by Schwab. Her team also provides support for participants served by Schwab’s stock plan services and executive services groups.
Previously, Golladay was a Vice President of participant programs in Schwab’s Corporate & Retirement Services business, where she was responsible for overseeing the advice and education teams. Prior positions with Schwab include serving as director of client services in Schwab’s Retirement Plan Services (SRPS) business and senior manager of client services and relationship manager for Schwab’s larger clients within SRPS.
Prior to joining Schwab, Golladay was vice president of ERISA compliance at Key Bank. Before that she served as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at S.R. Snodgrass and Co., LPA.
She is a Certified Public Accountant and a qualified 401(k) administrator (QKA). She also holds NASD Series 7, 63, 66, 9, 10, and 24 licenses.
Golladay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Akron. She also has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
