Mr. Butcher, age 74, has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Partners (formerly Lincoln Property Company N.C., Inc.), a real estate development and management firm, since 1998 and Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Director of KBS Legacy Partners Apartment REIT, Inc., a real estate investment trust, since 2009. Mr. Butcher served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Regional Partner of Lincoln Property Company N.C., Inc. from 1967 until 1998. He is a director of Northstar Realty Finance Corp.
